Wishes vs. Resolutions

It’s that time of year, and people are making a million resolutions.  Every New Years Day, the world makes goals such as lose weight, become closer to family, or get good grades.

However, those are simply wishes.  Wishes won’t solve anything, but will only leave you hoping for change.

Lets all make resolutions.  REAL resolutions, instead of empty requests.

Make yourself workout a few hours every week and eat healthier instead of wishing to lose weight.

Talk to your parents more often about things other than the money you need instead of wishing to be closer to them.

Study double the hours you usually study every week instead of wishing to get better grades.

Take the initiative to actually make a difference in your life. It’s all up to you.

No one is going to do it for you.
